Strengthen Liability Protection for Recreational Use of Land (A.3939)

Legislative Description: Requires the superintendent of insurance to study ways to control cost of property and liability insurance coverage for landowners who permit public use of their lands for recreational purposes; limits liability of landowners for such lands used for recreational activities; creates no obligation to permit public access. Add S342, Ins L; amd S9-103, Gen Ob L.

Cowboy Notes: Studies possibilities for strengthening protection against frivolous lawsuits caused by stupid acts by outdoors men. It's a study. Somebody might support it's passage as it has little fiscal impact anywhere. 105
