Cowboy Notes: Requires a person show proof before buying ammunition for a firearm. Sounds like a reasonable bill, except not everybody carries their permit on them all the time -- and without a gun, ammo is pretty useless, except maybe for the excitement of throwing in a fire and hearing it explode.
