City: Except those neighboors who have their TV up so loud, the horns of cars passing by, and that neighboor that will never stop fighting.

Ah... the nice fresh _____ air.
Country: Except the smell of a fresh batch of garbage burning in the burning barrel (of yours of your neighboor's that you don't control), cattle, and the manured fields next to your house.
City: Except for all that wonderful automobile polution, smoke, diesel fumes, and the alike.
