I have a problem with road rage. While I don't drive fast and I always try to drive carefully, I have a temper. Traffic lights, drivers who cut me off, those who don't use the right lanes, and so forth seriously annoy me.
I've been known to give people the finger, play my music too loud, and just generally angry. I recently took defensive driving, and now try harder to cool my temper, but I still feel like I'm too aggressive of a driver at times, and are in too much of a rush to get where I'm going.
I know it's utterly silly. These inconveniences slow me down little more then a minute or two, and in the grand scheme of things make little different. I simply left a few minutes earlier for my destination, then it wouldn't be so stressful.
I realize I'm just another American, whose too high strung, and gets too upset about minor things that will have no effect on my lifetime. Getting there alive and avoiding jail time, is more important then saving a few minutes or stroking my ego.
