Imagine

As we get older, we all become pragamists. We start to feel hopeless, and that reform is impossible. We set our goals too high.

Yet, as the passage of the soft money ban proves, progress can happen. It can be difficult, and a slow process—yet the net result leads to a better government—and eventually to a better America.

Without the dream, it will never happen. But if we shoot too high, we will never get anything accomplished. We must take little steps to work towards changing the world, step by step—and multilaterially.
