Why I am Crazy

After many too serious essays on myself and social control, I've decided to write a little bit more lighthearted list. Reading through this list will hopefully make you understand more about me and the way I think and act.

I Believe That....

  1. Government can do a lot of good
  2. Writing is good for you, as it frees your mind and allows you to share
  3. The individual's rights must always be held over the majority's right, as the majority is little more then a group of individuals
  4. You should think and critically consider all thoughts and the world around you, know matter where your conclusions lead you
  5. You should always do the right thing, even when it is not clear what the right thing
  6. Capitalism needs to be criticized and people forced to open their eyes
  7. Consumerism is a spell over us that must be overcomed
  8. All individuals should be themselves
  9. Freedom can never exist unless all individuals force themselves to defend their right to freedom
  10. We must all do our part to make a ts better world
  11. Look inwards towards ourselves and roots
  12. Try to find a life beyond suburban existance in the city, country or suburb
  13. A great number of answers can be found in the rural life and exploring the wilds of our land

I Reject...

  1. Consumerism in the vien name of buying stuff just to create fake happiness
  2. Being dominated by others
  3. Being wasteful and thoughtless for no reason in particular
  4. Doing what they do to be nothing more then something they invest in
  5. Living in chains just so I can own the best toys on the block
  6. Science and technology as the neccessary way to a better life
  7. The buying and tossing cycle
  8. Going around the world as a repressed individual, afraid to exist as he really is
  9. Notion that there is one truth, and not many truthes

You are free to disagree with any or all these points, as it's a matter of perspective. I do not know if they are correct or not, I only know it's how I see the world. Maybe you think that these things are crazy (maybe we should embrace consumerism—I don't know!), but that's your perspective. Live and let live as they say.
