What do I really want for Christmas? I don't think whiz-bang toy 2005 will do much to statisfy my desires. Instead I want something deeper, something better, something from within that will do much to change who I am into a better person.

No 1 - Words

I want to have the words to express myself, to be more true in my explanations of how I see the world. I want to have the words to fill in the gaps, to write in ways that bring us even closer to the truth. It won't be easy, though I truly believe that for every word that I write somehow I come closer that goal

No 2 - Hope

I want to bleieve in the great things that I dream in. I want to be the change that I dream. I want to work harder, I want to do more. I want be stronger, and not get pulled by my enimies who want to destroy me.

No 3 - Change

Be the change that I dream. I want to make our world a better place, by working for positive social change. It won't be easy, and in no ways do I think this goal will be reached right away in one year. It's going to take time, and it's going to take work to change and make the world a better place.

No 4 - Love

I want love throughout the world. I want to see people caring deeply about the world around them, about making the change we so desire. I want to give love and be loved. I want to conqueror hate and stereotype, and make the world a better place.

Conclusions

My Christmas list can't be bought at any store. It will come from within, it will be making the changes I see an reality. It will not be easy with so much hatred and fear in our world, but I see hope in getting a world of words, hope, change, and love.
