There is a magical time of the day when the sunsets. It doesn’t matter if it’s warm or cold out, the sun is able to warm you up in the worst of conditions. It doesn’t matter if your at work or at play, the final rays of the sunset seem to capture you.

The sun is red, yellow, and even orange at these few moments of the day. You know before long, that the sun will be gone, replaced by the pale blue moonlight that will illuminate the way in this snowy weather.

The clouds drift northward, bringing more snow to fall. The warmness of the night is drifting away as it brings memories of warm summer nights, sitting by the campfire and enjoying the moonlight. The wind sweeps by, bring a bit of a chill to the air. It after all winter.

I don’t know what pulls me to watch the sunset, but it’s an activity I enjoy immensely. Maybe its’ the color or the end of a day, pulling me towards the excitement of night, but I sure enjoy watching the light of day fade away.
