Truck gives you stories and trips in my Ford Ranger.
Camping in Macob State Forest. Drove around for a while trying to find the best place to camp. Lots of black flies every where. Most of the signs gone from this state forest. Parked on side of dirt road. Spent most of the night in truck as the blackflies so bad. This area was near another an Indian Reservation. There was another person camping out in a tent a few miles away. Few truck trails I want to check out in the future.
The next day went to Plattsburgh State, Lake Champlain, and the East Branch of the AuSable River for a swim outside of Upper Jay. Very nice day. Weather could have been better though. Also went to Poke-O-Moonshine. Very impressive area, wish I had stopped and got pictures. P'Link
