Skiing at Partridge Run. Skied along the Switzkill Creek along Partridge Run road, which well packed down snow from 4x4s and snowmobiles driving on it. It was quite icy in parts, which probably where not great for the skis, but easy going for the most part.
It was nice, and I skied only up to the closed bridge as I didn't get there until relatively late in the evening. I also was somewhat creeped out by a guy in a pickup truck that appeared to be distantly tailing me before turning around. Maybe it was nothing, but I'm always just a bit paranoid.
I enjoyed getting back out to Partridge Run and seeing Berne. While I haven't really abandoned the hilltowns, just the time I spend down here in Delmar somehow makes me forget in one way or another what the wide-open spaces out there really look like. P'Link
